Cultivate Wellness Med Spa Policies

The purpose of these policies is to ensure a smooth and organized appointment scheduling process for all clients of Cultivate Wellness Med Spa (CWMS). By adhering to these policies, we can efficiently accommodate appointment changes and provide the best possible service to our valued clients.  

All purchased packages at CWMS will expire one year from the date of purchase. It is the responsibility of the client to utilize the services within this timeframe. Any unused services after the expiration date will be forfeited.  

Patients who have prepaid for package deals who are no-shows or have late cancellations for their scheduled appointments will automatically be deducted the cancellation fee from the package balance and must pay the balance in order to continue treatment.

Clients are allowed to reschedule or cancel their appointments without incurring any fees if they notify CWMS at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time. To request a reschedule or cancellation, clients must directly contact CWMS via phone or messaging.   

If a client requests to reschedule their appointment within 48 hours of the scheduled time, a rescheduling fee of $100 will apply. This fee helps cover administrative costs and ensures fairness to both clients and the med spa.   

For clients who fail to provide a rescheduling or cancellation notice within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time or fail to show up for their appointment without any communication (no-call/no-show), they will forfeit the service scheduled for that appointment.  

This policy helps us maintain the availability of our services and respect the time of our clients and staff.  We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to these policies, as they enable us to efficiently manage our resources and provide the highest level of care to all our clients.

We will try to perform your entire treatment in the remaining scheduled time. If there is not enough time to perform treatment, we have the right to reschedule your appointment to give you the quality treatment and to respect other patients’ scheduled appointments. Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment. 

Payment for all individual treatments are due at the time of treatment, and all packages must be paid in full at the time of the first treatment. We do not offer financing or payment plans through Afterpay maxing out at $2000.    All services are final sale; there are no refunds or credits issued for any services including, but not limited, all lasher treatment, Botox, Dysport, any Juvederm product, Restylane, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, facials treatments, body contouring, Latisse, and all skin care products. We accept cash, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and Afterpay; we do not accept checks. Because our practice is limited to elective aesthetic medicine, we do not bill insurance. All prices are subject to change without notice. We accept cash, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Amex, Afterpay, and Cultivate Wellness Med Spa gift cards. Gratuity is not included in service pricing and may be added to credit card charges, gift cards, and checks at time of check out. Gratuity for your service provider is optional and left to the discretion of each patient at the time of appointment.

We do not offer refunds on services rendered. Products: We do not offer refunds on products purchased. Products may be returned for in-store credit within 7 days from the date of purchase when there is a documented allergic reaction to the product. Defective products may be exchanged within 7 days from the date of purchase for the same product only. In accordance with federal law, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on prescription products for any reason.

Cultivate Wellness Med Spa believes in maintaining a safe, friendly and quiet environment for both our spa guests and staff. As a courtesy to other guests, please maintain a quiet level of conversation in the spa. 

Additionally, we ask that all guests silence their cell phones during each visit to the spa.  Please remember that all CWMS staff are experienced professionals here to provide you with the highest level of service. 

We ask that in return you treat them with the same respect they will extend to you and refrain from any inappropriate actions, requests, or comments that may be viewed as harassing or intimidating.  

It is our goal to ensure all services are performed in a professional environment.  Failure to act in accordance with Spa Etiquette may lead to not being welcome at our location.
